What’s included
- Licensed Provider Care. Your evaluation, follow-ups, and treatment adjustments with your licensed provider as your needs change.
- Messaging With Your Care Team. Message your provider’s office with questions about your treatment, side effects, or next steps.
- Medication & Standard Shipping. If prescribed, your medication ships to your door from a licensed U.S. pharmacy at no extra cost.
- Lab Testing When Recommended. Lab testing when your provider recommends it. Lab fees are billed separately.
Your plan renews monthly at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Lab fees, when your provider recommends labs, are billed separately. Prescription required.
How to cancel
- Send us a message from your patient portal, or email hello@wellpeps.com from the address on your account, and tell us you would like to cancel.
- We will confirm your cancellation in writing within one business day.
What happens next
- Your plan stays active through the month you have already paid for.
- You will not be charged again after we confirm your cancellation.
- Medications that have already been ordered or processed for that month’s shipment cannot be refunded.
Restarting
You are welcome back anytime. Sign in to your patient portal or send us a message, and a licensed provider will review your current health information before treatment resumes.
